• Google Workspace / Gmail: business email and internal notifications, including notifications when website forms are submitted.
• Namecheap: domain registration and DNS management.
• Google Search Console: search-performance and technical monitoring for the Website.

These providers may process or store information on systems located in the United States or other locations in which they or their subprocessors operate. Their own privacy policies and terms govern their handling of information on their systems.

We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No internet transmission, website, email platform, CRM, or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

At the time of this update, we have not intentionally enabled Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other non-essential behavioral tracking technologies on the public Website.

We may add analytics, tag-management, embedded-video, advertising, or similar tools in the future, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, YouTube embeds, or advertising conversion tools. If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where appropriate, implement consent or preference controls for non-essential technologies.

Behavioral Advertising

We are not currently using ATMH visitor information for targeted behavioral advertising through Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or similar advertising pixels. If we begin using those technologies, we will update this policy and provide appropriate disclosures and controls.

Data Retention, Unsubscribing, and Deletion

We generally retain contact records in BizStackPro while they remain useful for legitimate business, recordkeeping, support, or legal purposes. If you unsubscribe from marketing, your record may be placed on a do-not-disturb or suppression status so that marketing communications stop.

An unsubscribe request is different from a deletion request. If you ask us to delete personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify information we control, subject to applicable law and any legitimate recordkeeping obligations.

No Processing of Children's Data

The Website is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that a minor has submitted personal information through the Website, we will take reasonable steps to review and delete it as appropriate.
